I want to let you know about an upcoming workshop and to extend a special invitation to you.
In the past year, over 400 social workers and allied profesionals have attended the 2 1/2 day workshop on Undoing Racism. There is another workshop scheduled for mid-June which I will be attending. It will be the second time this year for me, and I want to let you know about it and to encourage you to think about attending.
This workshop is a unique opportunity to participate in a disucssion with a group of trainers whose perspective on race, what it is from a historic and institutional perspective, how it affects us and our work in human services, regardless of whether we are people of color or white, is very comprehensive and penetrating.
I know dozens of social workers who have lived their entire lives dealing with racism who found this training to be very helpful, and many of them have gone back for more.
I have personally found that examining issues of diversity and cultural competence over the past 10 years or so to be helpful to me. I think that this workshop goes beyond these other approaches, dealing with racism directly, including from a political, economic, and psychological perspective, and all of this is now bubbling up as I go through my daily work.

Let me say that while the content is heavy, the environment is safe. The presenters are more didactic than participatory, and they are great at what they have to share. Individual participation during the workshop, other than listening, is very much one's own choice, no pressure.

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.
The Netherlands and Belgium are just as crowded as Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.
Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to assimilate, i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.
What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into EVERY black country and ONLY into black countries?
How long would it take anyone to realize Im not talking about a RACE problem. I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem?
And how long would it take any sane black man to notice this and what kind of psycho black man wouldnt object to this?
But if I tell that obvious truth about the ongoing program of genocide against my race, the white race, Liberals and respectable conservatives agree that I am a naziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews.
They say they are anti-racist. What they are is anti-white.
