Some Ideas We Learned from the Peoples Institute[1]

1.Racism definition Race Prejudice plus Power. It is not only a manifestation of prejudice. It is a systemic power arrangement which permeates every institution in our society. Racism was constructed.

2.Racism exists when one group has internalized historically transmitted race prejudice and sees its way of life as the norm or superior way. This group has the power to impose its way of life on another group discounting, devaluing and distorting the way of life of the group it oppresses.

3.Racism exists in individual, institutional, cultural, linguistic, militaristic and environmental forms.

4.Institutionalized racism gives white people privilege and a resulting sense of entitlement that people of color do not have.

5.Unearned privilege is often unconscious and invisible to white people.

6.Manifestations of racism are experienced every day by people of color.

7.Internalized superiority and Internalized oppression are elements that maintain racism.

8.Having a shared definition and analysis of racism is an essential foundation for organizational work to undo racism.

9.Unless an organization is intentionally anti-racist, everything that it does will disproportionately benefit white people.

10.Leadership regarding Undoing Racism (as well as other oppressions) comes from the collective wisdom and leadership of the oppressed group.

11.The work of white people in Undoing Racism is to work with white people in increasing awareness and challenging the racism in ourselves and our institutions.

12.It is not about me.

The institute has has given us a new boldless and language in regard to challenging racial injustice. No more head scratching. We can now "call it like we see it" thanks to the analysis.

We now see organizing in community and institutions as a vital part of social transformation. We have moved beyond knowledge and insight about race and racism, and into a change process. Knowledge is good but it has not traqnsformed this nation. Insight is even better, but insight dont move systems.

This in not a black or brown movement, but rather a people's movement. Each of us brings a certain quality and experience to this work we call undoing racism. Our diversity in terms of race, ethnicity, education, location, age, gender, sexual identity, economic status, and religion heightens our ability to reach others of similar backgrounds on a deeper level.

Black and Brown people should not have to carry the burden of  undoing racism alone. But their voices must be at the forefront whenever possible.

We are not exempt form all the ills that affects others in society and institutions. We do burnout, get depressed, sick, have egos, biases, family issues, make mistakes, etc. Our job is to minimize these factors and stirive to overcome them so that they dont become a disoraginizing force.

We protest white genocide!

Africa for the Africans,Asia for the Asians, white countries for EVERYBODY!

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.

The Netherlands and Belgium are just as crowded as Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.

Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to assimilate, i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.

What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into EVERY black country and ONLY into black countries?

How long would it take anyone to realize Im not talking about a RACE problem. I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem?

And how long would it take any sane black man to notice this and what kind of psycho black man wouldnt object to this?

But if I tell that obvious truth about the ongoing program of genocide against my race, the white race, Liberals and respectable conservatives agree that I am a naziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews.

They say they are anti-racist. What they are is anti-white.

Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white.
