The Undoing Racism Workshop provides transforming, essential information for every social worker who embraces the roots and the mission of our profession.
I have taken the workshop twice and plan to take it repeatedly. Each time I gain useful information and tools to undo racism. I have a new pair of glasses with which to see the world. Just today a woman of color describes to me how an offhanded comment from a co-worker cut to her very being -- the heart and soul of who she is. I am devastated. I am struck by how my white privilege shields me from her pain, and I am grateful that she cares enough about me to invite me into her world. She teaches me that what goes unnoticed by me, crushes and silences her. She helps me know the burden that one remark heaves upon her. She astounds me with the distance she must travel to recover from the debilitation. She amazes me with her strength and courage.
The Undoing Racism Workshop gives me a framework, a language and action steps to work toward making all aspects of my life antiracist; toward knowing how to help carry the pain of my sister of color by becoming her ally. I challenge and push my educator colleagues to take the workshop. With more and more of us working from the same information and understanding, we can effectively chip away at the insidious disease of racism that divides and destoys.

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.
The Netherlands and Belgium are just as crowded as Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.
Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to assimilate, i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.
What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into EVERY black country and ONLY into black countries?
How long would it take anyone to realize Im not talking about a RACE problem. I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem?
And how long would it take any sane black man to notice this and what kind of psycho black man wouldnt object to this?
But if I tell that obvious truth about the ongoing program of genocide against my race, the white race, Liberals and respectable conservatives agree that I am a naziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews.
They say they are anti-racist. What they are is anti-white.
