HOW DO WE RESPOND TO THE "MONEY AND TIME" CHALLENGES IN UNDOING RACISM?

That anti-racist work is seen as expensive speaks to the topic itself - racism. We all know that there are ample resources available for those topics, activities and issues we think are important. School systems regularly allocate monies for all kinds of professional development. Organizations appropriate money for new programs when they think they are needed. Philanthropies grant money for initiatives they deem vital.

The People's Institute thinks that money isn't the central issue - racism is.

Most of our institutions and our culture don't see racism as a problem. That attitude has now been enshrined at the highest "law of the land" by Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts, who, in his June 07 opinion opposing the use of race to establish school policies, said: "The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race." With such an attitude dominating our society, it's no wonder that people may sometimes think that paying for a workshop to undo racism is a waste of time and money!

Because most of us, including most educators, think that racism is the same as prejudice, we don't know or acknowledge the importance of having an understanding of it. If racism simply means acting humanely toward one's students, colleagues, neighbors, then why should we have to go to a workshop about it?

Also, since everyone thinks that his/her experience of racism is as important as anyone elses, we rarely think that there are people who have a great deal to teach us about racism. Experts on racism are not only not valued but are often seen as ideologues who just want to "push their politics" on the rest of us.

We find that when an organization is resistant to paying a fee for an Undoing Racism training, what it is really resisting is the topic itself. It may be that more time is needed in informal conversation about why dealing with racism is important to us (whoever "us" may be). As more people participate in an Undoing Racism workshop, they begin to form a collective that speaks of the importance of addressing racism. At that point, the issue of cost often disappears.

We protest white genocide!

Africa for the Africans,Asia for the Asians, white countries for EVERYBODY!

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.

The Netherlands and Belgium are just as crowded as Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.

Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to assimilate, i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.

What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into EVERY black country and ONLY into black countries?

How long would it take anyone to realize Im not talking about a RACE problem. I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem?

And how long would it take any sane black man to notice this and what kind of psycho black man wouldnt object to this?

But if I tell that obvious truth about the ongoing program of genocide against my race, the white race, Liberals and respectable conservatives agree that I am a naziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews.

They say they are anti-racist. What they are is anti-white.

Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white.
